SOME CHANGES. BjToljccrayh-PressJissociation-Copyrißh' ■ ' Ottawa,-August 11. A change in the constitution of the Cabinet is announced. Dr. Eeland, member for Bcauce in the HouEo of Commons, becomes PostmasterGeneral, in place of Mr. Lemieux. Mr. Brodeur has been appointed to tlio Supremo Court, and Mr. Lemieux takes over the Department of Marine. Mr. Aylesworth's successor in the Justice. Department will bo appointed later. Dr. Henri Severin Beland, 8.A., M.D., was born in' Quebec province forty-two years ago, and was educated at Laval University. Ho was elected to the Legislative Assembly' of Quebec iu 1597 and WOO, and was first elected to the Canadian Housa of Commons in 1502.
