' ■The annual meeting of the Belvedere Dairy Company reads as under:— •We have much pleasure in submitting to you our fifteenth annual report and balanco-sheet, and congratulations on tire year's work. (251 tons Bcwt.), a decrease on last season of 51 tons, and each pound of butterfat, averaged 2.561b. of choose, and it took !).!)81b. of milk to make lib. of cheese. The wholo of ; tho output was graded first grade, and top rates were obtained in the London and local markets. 'During the season advances up to 9d. per lb. of butter-fat were made to suppliers for milk, amounting to .55342 3s. Bd., leavin" for distribution 19s. lid., making for the whole season 11.75 penco per lb. ,of butter-fat. In addition to writing off. property the sum of ,£GS lGs. standing on tho'books of tho Ccmpany as a reserve, your directors have written oif afurther sum of .£ll2 10s., equal to 8 per cent, for depreciation of plant and buildings,, and set aside (5 per cent, as a dividend on paid-up capital. It will be necessary' to elect three directors in place of those retiring, and also to elect an auditor., •
