AUGUST MEETING CONCLUDED. (Bj Telegraph—Prejo Association.) Christchurch, August 11. The New Zealand Metropolitan Club's meeting concluded 'to-day at Addington, in beautiful weather. There was a very large attendance, und the track was much faster than it had been on the preceding d ay. The lotalisator investments amounted to .£21,868, making .£51,038 for the meeting. Last year, when the club raced at Canterbury Park, the turnover was i33,11l 10=. The results are as follow:—.
