(Specially written for The Dominion.) | SATURDAY. Brown Soup, with Macaroni. Croams of Beet. Mashed Potatoes. Spinach. Apples Stowed with Sago. SUNDAY. Oyster Soup. Roast Sirlota of Beef. lorkshire Pudding. Baked Potatoes. Cauliflower. Fruit Tart. Baked Custard. SUPPER. Cold Beef. Mould of Sheep's Tongles. Salad. Spanish Cream. Stewed Pears. Cream. APPLES STEWED WITH SAGO. Six or eight apples, 1 pint of water, lib. sugar, 2 tablespconl'uls of sago, a sniall piece of cinnamon. Peel and quarter the apples. Put tho water, sugar, and cinnamon into n saucepan, bring to the boil; then simmer the apples m the syrup until tender, taking care they are not broken. Lift out, boil the sago if the syrup until clear. Tako out tho cmuamou. Pour over the apples.
