(Specially written for Tub Dominion-.) FRIDAY. Whito lontil soup. ■ Scalloped oysters. foiled schnapper. Parsley sauce. Steamed bread and butter pudding. Stewed fruit. ■WHITE LENTIL SOUP. * , Half » pint of lentils, two pints and a halt stock and water, one onion, two Gtolks of celery, two sprigs of parsley, six whito peppercorns, one blade ol mace, one tablespoonful of flour, one ounce butter, noli a pint of milk, poppor and salt to taste. Mash the lentils, put into a pot with the water, sliced vegetable?, maco, and poppercoms. Simmer till tho lentils aro tender—about an tour. Rub through a sieve into a basin. Mnko a white eauco of the butter, flour, and milk; pour the soup on it; make quite hot and season to taste. FOR TO-MORROW. Stock, macaroni, one pound beefsteak, ep'inach, apples, sago. FOR SUNDAY. Two dozen oysters, sirloin of beef, Cauliflower, pastry, fruit. SUPPER. Six sheep's tongues, ealad, gelatine, ttewed pears, cream.
