ALLEGED ESPIONAGE.
THE ARRESTED BRITISHER, By'felccraDh—Press Association-Oopyriifht Berlin, August 8. The Yeomanry officer arrested at Bremen on a' charge of espionage on the North Sea coast is a young London solicitor. The name of the prisoner is withheld. He left England ten days ago, ar.d was arrested while photographing the Wcser Ports. SUPPOSED SECRET AGENT. ' New York, August 8. A private named Peter,. recently recruited, is alleged to be a secret agent of Austria. The Washington authorities have demanded a report from the recruiting officer before taking action.
