* _ NEW ZEALAND OFFERINGS. By Telccraph -I'res* Associatimi-CoDyriEM . (Rec. August 9, 0.15 p.m.) Sydney, August 9. At tho liorso sales the following prices were realised for Now Zealand stock;— On account of Mr. Tubman, of North Canterbury, 21 mares were sold at prices ranging from 31 to 80 guineas, averaging sli 2-sth guineas. On account of Mr. Blair, of Now Zealand, two mares brought 50 and 55 guineas. On account of Mr. Bainbridgc,,of Now Zealand, 5 maros went at from 37 to 50 guineas, and averaged 4(> 2-sth guineas. On account of Mr. Wilson, of Riccarton, sis mares went at from 50 to 87} guineas,. averaging G2 5 6th guineas. On account of Mr. M. KendTy, of Lyndhurst, three mares brought fioni 50 to C 5 guineas, averaging 721 guineas. Mr. Tubman purchased Maori Maid for 100 guineas, and Lady Willoughby for Co guineas. ~
The 113 Clydesdale stallions offered at tho sales realised .£18,189, and tho 181 mares ,£8425. The figures constitute a record.
