(Specially written 'for Tub Dominion.) THURSDAY. Sago soup. Boiled leg of mutton. Caper sauce. Potatoes. Spinach. Roly-poly treacle pudding. SAGO SOUP. One pint of stock; J pint of milk; 2 tablespoonsful of sago; 1 or 2 yo ks ot eggs; 2 tablespoonsful of cream; salt and P ?ut r the stock on to boil. Wash the sago, put it into tho boiling stock, and simmer until clear Add the milk and seasoning. Bring it to he boil; beat up the yolks of eggs with the cream m the soup tureen, pour the boiling soup on it, stir well, and serve. FOE TO-MORROW. W.lfnint lentils, i dozen oysters. sK?S. Parafer.
