After visiting tho meat markets in Eng-anrl-and inspecting the methods of handling carcasses, .Mr. U. Bayson, of Windsor. Vicpria, says':— To see Australian frozen meat on any of these markets would make nnvone ashamed to say ho came from Australia It is dirty mis-shapen, and withered looknig, and after careful examination oue must como to tho conclusion that our meat does not even compare with the South- American; while the'largest sale=raen -m England who liavo visited Au«tralia admit that our -meat fresh killed here is equal to the Home-killed product in bloom, quality, and flavour."
