The pair kept together till tho brush fence, at which the latter foil. Tho former jumped well, and finished his task alone, 'lahlki was afterwards remounted ana finished the journey safely. Sea Dog (L. Colcmanj and Tho Gunner (H. Coker; finished together after jumping over a round of tho big fences safely. Compass, Paisano, True Blue, Paritut'u Dearest, Santa Claus, Odessa, St. "Ida, ' lasmak. Dm!. Espartero, Tho Xative Iney, Continuance, Ribstone Pippin, Kohinpox, and Flambeau all performed more or less useful tasks. Antarctic was restricted to steady workon the sand.
