Magistrate's Court, in May Inst, James Doyle, City Sanitary Inspector, proceeded against Hamilton Gilmer for failing to comply with u notico to pull down a. condemned building known .13 Waraock and Adkiu's, 205 Lambton Quay. On May 26, Dr'. A. M'Arthur, S.M., do- ' livercd' his judgment, ordering that the building bo takom down .within 30 days. Tho judgment was based on the legal aspect only the magistrate intimating that, if it were upset on (ho appeal, he would (hea be prepared to consider tho evidciice.
