Proclamations offering 3000 pesos (about X 300) for the assassination of Messrs. i'rank Jenkins, William Jenkins, and James Dunn, three English mine experts, have been circulated in connection with the strike at the Eloro mines. Bombs have been found in the mines. An appeal has been made to the Government to suppress lawlessness. In connection with the Taylor Memorial Fund a meeting will bo held in the Town Hall on Sunday afternoon next. Addresses will bo delivered by Messrs. A. li. Atkinson, G. Laurcnson, M.P., and tho Rev.
