TARIFF REVISION.

5NEW AMERICAN COALITION. Dj Telccraoh—Press Association—Oajytlcht (Rec. July 30, 5.5 p.m.) Washington, July 29. A coalition of Progressive Republicans and Democrats is contending in a farreaching revision of tho tariff. It has declared that the Farmers' Freo List Bill and tbo compromised Wool Bill, and probably a Cotton Bill, will be passed, all lowering duties. The main intention of the Farmers' Freo List Bill is to recompense agriculturalists for their probable loss under Canadian reciprocity. Mr. Taft is pledged to await the report of the Tariff Beard before as-enting to new tariff legislation, consequently tho President is likely to be compelled to veto the above measures, which have been passed by a Republican vole.

The surprising simplicity of the 1911 2i-horse-power F.X. Motor Cycle appeals to nil riders. It is shaft driven, (bus belt worries arc eliminated. .£OO is tho cost, but terms can bo arranged. I.cam all about it from E. Reynolds and Co., Ltd., M'elliuiton.—Advt*
