Tenders, which must state the maximum passenger fares and freight charges proposed to be levied to and from the Chatham Islands, are to be indorsed "Tenders for Chatham Islands Mail Service," and addressed to tho Secretary, G.P.0., lingtonli,a.rnes, tonnage, and horse-power of steamers proposed to be used to be stated.
