LODGE MEETING.

The monthly meeting of tho Wellington District. Lodge, No. 5, T.0.G.T., was held in the Rechabite Hall, Manners Street, oil Tuesday nipht, Bro. G. Price, D.C.T., presiding. There was a farr attendance of members and delegates. Tho reports of delegates, D.C.T., and D.E.S. were received. . The latter officer, at the request of executive, brought, forward a scheme regarding open' meetings, which was adopted; and the district secretary w'as instructed to write to all sub-lodges asking for their co-operation. The resignation of Sister ill's. Atkinson,' district chaplain, was received wi,th regret. Greetings from New South YVnles and 1 Christchurch lodges were received and reciprocated. .'
