In Montreal 150 persons have been arrested within tho last twelve months on charges of using or selling the drug. EXPLOSION IN CORDITE FACTORY. London, July 27. Three men wero killed and eleven seriously injured by an explosion in the mixiug shed at the Cliffe cordite factory at Rochester. The shed was blown to fitoms. .
