1 —;— UNSATISFACTORY CONDITIONS. By Teleeraph—l'ress Associatioti--Copjrlchl Sydney, July 27. Bishop Wilson, of Melanesia, in an interview as to his work in the Islands, declared that grog was still sold all over the Now Hebrides. He suggested as remedies the present Administration should appoint magistrates (or each island, and appoint native advocates in Land. Courts,*and that both French and English should bo spoken by the officials of the Condominium. Tho natives knew only pigeon English, and had no chance before the French Courts. ' Bishop Wilson also advocated that a proclamation should be made against the importation of alcohol.. '
