FORECAST AND SUMMARY. Present indications are for changeable and showery weather, especially on tlio East Coast Of the Horth Island. Easterly and south-easterly winds, moderate to strong, will probably prevail. The barometer has a rising tendency in tho' northern districts, but a fall is due shortly in the southernmost districts. Strong south-easterly winds have predominated, with cloud* and showery weather. The barometer rose everywhere during the night, but has remained steady to-day. , DISTRICT REPORTS, (From Our Special Correspondents.) Feilding, July 27.—Fino day; cold night.
