TO-DAY'S DINNER.

(Specially written for Tun Doiiisios.) FRIDAY. Graham Soup. Fried Schnapper. Anchovy Sauce. Potatoes. Cauliflower. Golden Pudding. GRAHAM SOUP. Three onions', 3 carrots, 4 turnips, 1 small cabbage, 1 head of celery, 1 pint of stewed tomatoes (tinned will do), a small bunch of sweet herbs, 1 tablespoonful of butter, i a cup of milk, cornflour to thicken, pepper and salt, 3 quarts of water. Chop all tha vegetables except the cabbage and tomatoes, very fine, and set them over tho iiro with rather over 3 quarts of water. Simmer gently for } hour, theu add cabbage par-boiled and cut up. In 15 minutes more put in the tomatoos and a bunch of herbs and boil 20 minutes. Put through a colander, return t'o the tiro. Stir in a good tablespoonful of butter, and the milk thickened with cornilour. Boil up and it is ready for the table. FOR TO-MORROW. Stock. Vegetables. 21b. Steak. Parsley. Herbs. Onion. Stale Bread.
