It is understood that a scheme for placing British possessions mutually in wireless communication is likely to be realised by a working arrangement with tho British Government, which will mako no concession to tho compauy. ATLANTIC RATES. London, July 21. Mr. Marconi states that his companj will probably charge fourpenco ,i word for trans-Atlantic wireless telegraphy messages written in plain English anil not coded. "•
