Still, Southern have come on at a great puce lately, and if they enter to-day's contest in good form it is quito possible that they may notch a victory and improve the chances of tho ninners-up, Oriental and Athletic. On the neighbouring ground at tho park Petono will try conclusions with Old Boys. There should be a good honest tussle at Petone, where Poneke aro to meet llelroso. ST JAMES CLUB.
