(Specially written for The Dominion.) SATURDAY. Mulligatawny soup. Steal; and kidney pie. lotatoes. Artichokes. Ulnnc maiigo. Stewed prunes. SUNDAY. Palestine soup. Boast pork. Apple sauce. .uaked potatoes. Cauliflower. Plum pudding. Queen pudding. SUPPER, ■ Ox tongue. Cold pork. Salad. Peach tart. Spanish cream, (.'ream. QUEEX PUDDING. Four eggs, half a pint breadcrumbs, one pint of boiling milk, half ounce butter, grated rind of ono lemon, sugar to taste, apncot jam. Sweeten tho milk, pour it boiling on tho breadcrumbs, add tho lemon rind and butter, set it to cuol, then add the beaten yolks of the eggs. Butter a piedish, put in tho mixture, bake in a slow oven until set, but not brown. Then spread over it a layer of apricot jam. Beat the eggs to a firm froth. Mix ono teaspoonful of sngar, and a few drops of lemon essenco with them. Pile them on the pudding, sift over a little sugar, and put into a very moderate oven until slightly coloured. .Servo either hot or cold.
