HOCKEY.
,' A SOCIAL' REUNION. The Karori, Wellington, and United Hockey Clubs held a combined social evening at Starr's Rooms, Cuba Street, last night. In tho first portion of the evening a euchre tournament was played, and was won by Mr. J. W. Gendall (Karori Club), Mr. Morrah (Wellington) winning the booby prize. Members of tho Hawko's Bay representative team were also present. After supper, musical items were contributed by various mombers of the clubs.
