1 ARREST OP A CONSUL. Dy Tolcßrarli-Preas Association-OoDyrlehl Paris, July 10. The Spanish Ambassador in Paris interviewed 51. Do Selves, French Minister of Foreign Affairs, and promised that if tho Spanish agents confirm the circumstances of the arrest of the French Consul at Alcazar, Spain would not fail to express regret and make the necessary reparation.
