Trustee, and Agency Company, Ltd., for tho year ended June 30 states that tho net profit on the year's business, includ-' ins £181 Is. brought forward from last year, amounted to £4839 2s. Cd. An interim dividend of o psr cent, was dodared, and paid in January, and it" is now proposed to pay a, further dividend of 3 per cent, (making 6 per cent, for tho year)' this will absorb £3foo, leaving a balance of £1839 2s. 6d. Of tliis amount-of £1039 2s. 6d. it is recommended tlia-, bo carried to reserve fund (which then stand at £9250). and that tho balance (£339 2=. 6d.) be carried forward to tno ensuing year's profit and loss account. Messrs. j. M. Richardson and R. 51. Simpson are tho directors who retire from the beard, in accordance with the articles of aesocnt.ion. and, being oliciblc, offer themselves for re-election.
