In the Legislative Assembly Mr. Griffith, Minister for Works,' announced to-day that he had sent to tho Works Committee for a report on schemes for a harbour bridge for ordinary -traffic and tram and pedcstrinii communication with the north side of the harbour, for a tunnel under tho harbour for the railway, and for two State passenger ferries and two vehicular ferries. Mr. Griffith also announced that tho Government was considering a nurnbor of important works involving an expenditure of .£10,000,000.
