THE INSURANCE BILL.
SEVERELY CRITICISED BY LABOUR PAPER. By TelesruDU—Press Association—Oopyrlihl (Rec. July 17, 1.12 a.m.) . London, July 16. The "Labour Leader," the official organ of the Independent Labour party, severely criticises Mr. Lloyd-George for refusing to.abolish what it terms the iniquities disfiguring tho Insurance Bill, and states that the Labour party, by supporting the Government, has occasioned bitter disappointment. It has become a consenting party to ruling out its own important amendment. Mr. Snowden in a letter declared if tho party will stand that it will stand anything.
