THREE YEARS OF PERSECUTION; By Telegraph—Press Association-Oopyriehl London, July 13. Henry Marlow and Martha Lyster liavo been committed on a chargo of blackmailing Colonel J. R. Bain, an ex-member of tho Houso of Commons. Colonel Bain suffered intolerable persecution for three years in connection with a youthful folly committed thirtythree years ago.
