The committee of tho Medical Association, which for th> last ten years has been investigating the use of chloroform, in its final report finds that there is no danger when proper precautions arc taken. The report commends the uso of the Harcourt inhaler, which practically removes danger, and deprecates tho old lule-of-thuuib method of gauging tho strength of the drug.
