By Tclesrapli-I'ress Assoelation-Copyrlehl Ottawa, July 13, When the Anglo-Japaneso commercial treaty expires next Sunday, immigration and commercial relations with Canada will not come under the new treaty but will be subject for two years to a modus vivendi, during which time a new treaty will bo prepared.
