Linton. on Tuesday, July 12, .when we offered his herd of dairy cows to a. very fair attendance of _ buyers. The c.ittle were in good condition, and met with keen competition. August and September calver? maintained . a . uniform price throughout, the former selling at. £7 10s., £7H5s. to £B U. 6d.-. and the latter, from £5 15s. to £7 ss. Late calvers sold from .£5 to £6 ICs.: store cows, to £3; forward cows, to £4 155.; two-year hcifws, to £3 17s. 6d.: Grade Jersey woannr heifers, £3 tr,.6:1.; bulb, £3 17=., £4,' to 7 guineas;- milkcans, etc.. at current rates.
