CRIPPEN MURDER CASE.
COUNSEL SUSPENDED. By Tolcsraph-Prs3s Aswiv-it- Oonylght London, July 12. Arthur Newton, solicitor, who was accused of unprofessional conduct in connection with the case of Ilawley Crippcn, convicted and executed for murder, lies been suspeaded fo; twelve months, and ordered to pay the costs of the inquiry. Mr. Justice Darling stated that he was satisfied that Crippen was not defended as he should havn been. The case was conducted largely for the purpose of making newspaper copy. Others besides Newtoa, his Honour declared, deserved punishment.
