HARRIERS.
The 'Wednesday section of the Brooklyn Harriers held an enjoyable run from Brooklyn yesterday, at the invitation of Dr. Couzcas, their vice-president. A course was taken down the Valley Bond, then on to the hill? in the direction of Island Bay, and back again to the Happy Valley Beach, and home. The. "goine," on the hills was found,to be rather heavy, nfter the morning's downpour. The runin -was won by H. Pollock, G. Scott, and C. Hough taking second and third places ■respectively. After tea. and music, Captain Scott, on behalf of the pack, thanked Dr. and Sirs. Couzens for their hospifalitj-, and called for throe cheers, which were heartily given. The run next 'Wednesday takes place from Island Bay. New members are invited.
