— $ The monthly meeting of (he Accountant Students' Scciety was held last evening, when his Honour tho Chief Justice (Sir Robert Stout) delivered a lecture on "The Legal Aspcct of Goodwill." From tlw hearing of t.lio lecture it was quite evident that tho lecturer had spent some timo in its _ preparation, so instructive and interesting was it to the students. Mr. W. B. Hudson occupied the chair, and presided over a largo attendance of members. On the motion of Mr. 11. D. Edwards, seconded by Mr. J. S. Day, n hearty vote af thaiiks was accorded to Sir Robert Stout.
