| 5 REGULATION OF FARM WORK. By TclcEranh—Press Association—Couyrlght Sydney, July 12. Referring to the suggestion to include farm labourers in the Industrial Arbitration Act, Mr. G. S. Beeby, Minister for Labour, said ho regarded a minimum wage and juvenile labour as the only items which could be regulated. RAILWAY LABOURERS STRIKE. Brisbane, July 12. Forty-five labourers employed on the construction of the Western Railway have struck for an increase of wages from nine to ten shillings a day. SUGAR WORKERS' DISPUTE.
Sydney, July 12. Strike pickets are busy endeavouring to prevent men from signing for work on the Queensland sugar fields. Many of those engaged join the strike camps on their arrival at the fields.
