SINKS AFTER COLLISION.

— 4STEAMER LOST ON THE GKEAT LAKES. By Telegraph-Press Association-Oopyrielit Ottawa, July 10. News has been received from Sault Sto. Mnrio, in Ontario, that the steaunir John Mitchell, 4468 tons, has been sunk through a collision with an unknown vessel on Lake Superior. Three persons were drowned. Thirty-one passengers were rescued after a thrilling experience. The other ship is stated to bo still afloat.
