FORECAST AND SUMMARY. Present indications aro for cloudy and unsettled weather, with rain in most parts of the country. Tho winds are variable, but will probably back into the north and west after about twenty hours, when a further fall in the barometer 13 due to take place. Tho barometer has had a falline tendency everywhere, but under the influence of a Gccoud area, of low pressure advancing the winds havo moderated and the rainfall decreased to-day.
