Personally 1 prefer butter when 1 can (jet it good, bu, some rubbish that is boing sold' in Wellington lias made me suspicious that it is'margarine, not the genuine dairy article.. Perhaps it would just bo as well if (ho Health Department had a few Ramplee of reputed "dairy butter' analyst e<l. It would l>o interesting to know what becomes of nil tho "margarine" that is manufactured in tho colony.
