MANAWATU HUNT.
(By Telegraph.—Soocial Correspondent.) Palmerston N., July 9. At a meeting of the Manawatti Hunt on Saturday owning, Mr. S. fi. Lancaster (president) in the chair, it was decided to hold runs in the vicinity of Wellington only July 21) mid 31, if these dates prove suitable to Wellington'sportsmen. The following new members were elected: —Messrs. A. D. Scott (Hiinitangi), W. Quayle (Manakau), 11. Kenrins (Knirnngn), D. Moynihnn (Shannon), Dr. Lloyd Clay, T. Pritchtird, T. J. M'Cirath, and J. AVales (Wellington). Arrangements in connection with the. Steeplechase meeting, to bo held on July 20, wcro further advanced.
