DISTRICT REPORTS. (From Our Special Correspondents.) Wanganui, "-July B.—Pleasant, sunny weather prevailed to-day. Palmorston North, July 9.—Light showers foil , on Saturday and durintr the night. It rained heavily, continuing nearly all day Sunday. There will probably bo big floods Jβ the rivers. Feilding, July 9."—Saturday wag a mild dull morning, and the afternoon was wet. On Sunday rain fell from eariy morning till late at night. Otaki, July 8.-The weather was cold and dull to-day. Greytown, July 9.—The weather to-day opened dull, a.nd then turned out fine, with a li? Jit S.E. wind. Featheraton, July 8.-Fine, N.W. breeze. iastinprs. July B.—This morning there was another hard frost, succeeded by a moderately clear day.
