Colonel Birkcnshaw, of the Salvation Army, left for Sydney on Friday last to take part in a big conference to be held in Melbourne in u fortnight's time. Association with an illuminated testimonial. The presentation was made by Mr. .las. M'Gregor, senior, who referred in terms of eulogy to the splendid qualities of Mr. Strang.
