» 60TJTH AUSTRALIAN BILL; By Telegraph—Press Association—Convriffnl Adelaide, July 7. The Bills introduced into the Stato Assembly includo one for tho settlement of deadlocks between tho two Houses. Tho measuro provides that when a Bill has twico passed tho Assembly, with a general election intervening, it shall be competent lor tho Government to present it to the Governor for his assent as though it had passed both Chambers.
