To bo Placed Locally (or otherwise) by the issue of Debentures bearing Interest. milE Borough Council of the Borough J- of Onslow hereby gives public uctice that such Council proposes to borrow by wav of special loan within tho meaning of 'the Local Bodies' Loans Act. 190S, the sum of .CISOO for the purpose of the purchase of land for and tho erection tl-crc-on and furnishing of a Hall for the lidding of public meetings and for purposes of enjoyment and recreation in and for the benefit of the defined part of the'Bori ough of Onslow being the Khandallah Ward of the Borough aud for the purpose of providing the legal and other costs and incidental expenses of and in connection -with ■ the said purchase and building and tho raising of the said loan and also the interest on the loan for the I first year. . It is proposed to provide an annual sum equal to one per centum of tho amount borrowed as a Sinking Fund for the loail and the whole of the loan shall be repayable at the expiration of 361 } ears from the first day ot July, 1911, or of some shorter period.
