London, July I. .Mr. M'Gowen lunched with Mr. LloydGeorge, Chancellor of the Exchequer, and had a long informal chat with him on Australian matters. Afterwards Mr. M'Gowen had an interview with the Right Hon. John Burns. Mr. M'Gowen, Premier of New .South Wales, will go to Sheffield on Thursday. Afterwards he will spend three days in Manchester, and thence proceed to Liverpool, Edinburgh, Glasgow, and Belfast, arrivins at Dublin on the loth instant.
