CASE UNFINISHED. The case between 1). M. Owens, builder, and W. 11. Stewart and Beatrice A. linnock for specific performance and damages, was continued in the Supreme Court yesterday. The case is in respect to the alleged !,r °.f the Craters' Hall, Torv Street, Wellington, from plaintiff to defendants. Die case was unfinished yesterday and will bo continued this morning.
