Tlio animal session of Iho Anglican Synod will luj opened at the Sydney St root Schoolroom this afternoon at '! o'clock, when the Bishop of \Vellin:;i>m (the lit. liov. T. 11. Sprott) will preside. The business this afternoon will lie mainly of routine nature. In the evening a service will be held at St. Paul's l'roCathedral. Tlio session is expectod Id coutinuo till the middle'of next week.
