TO-DAY'S DINNER.
.(Specially written for Tub Dominion.) TUESDAY. Tapioca soup. Boiled neck of mutton. Caper sauce. Potatoes. Carrots. Turnips. Coconut Pudding. COCONUT PUDDING. One pint and a quarter milk, two ounces flour, one ounco butter, one lemon, two ounces desiccated coconut, two tablespoons sugar, two eggs. Bring the milk and butter to a lxiil, mix the flour quite smoothly with a little of the milk, stir it into tho boiling milk, and cook until it thickens. Then add the sugar and grated lemon rind. Take off the fire, add the yolks and coconut, and pour into a greased piedish. Bake until set. Beat up tho whites stiffly with one tablespoonful of sugar. Pile roughly on the ton, and return to tho oven -until slightly brown. Serve hot or cold. FOR TO-MORROW. Artichokes, stock, IJ-lb. steak, 2 dozen oysters, desiccated coconut.
