RUSSIA'S FIRST DREADNOUGHT

The Sebastopol is a vessel of 20,000 tons displacement, 500'. feet length, 87 feet ■■ breadth, and 27} feet draught. She has ! been building at the Now Admiralty I yards, St. Petersburg, for the Russian Baltic fleet, and is estimated to cost when ! complete JJ2.800.000. Her main armament I will consist, according to the "Navy An- ' mial" of twelve 12in. guns, and sho is to | have a speed of 23 knots.
