Hopkirk, ohsincer and foundry expert, llawera, is one of the largest of its kind in Taranaki, mid embraces everything u Iho s-Uapp of foundry work, castings in iron, brass, or aluminium; eastings for buildings in the shape of iron columns, verandah posts, and the ninmifacinro of all farm and agricultural implelncnls and parls. The firm does drillin,, turning, and-pinning in iron, emery grinding, all under the work of the last patterns of approved machinery, and a skilled stall' numbwing over twenty-four hands. Mr. Hopkirk specialises also in the manufactur? of dairy farm machinery, and has turned out several patents which command a ready sale amongst farmers by reason of their simple mechanism, and strong make. Theso will be on exhibition at: the winter show. They include Kopkirk's patent three-speed \v!ie\ agitator, used for agilaling whey ii, dairy factories; Hopkirk's choo«> prow;, and' Hopkirk's patent water and whey pump, well known and largely used a over the Dominion.
