COMMANDER DENIES INHUMANITY

Constantinople, Juno 28. Torgut Shevket I'aslin, tho Turkish commander in Albania, denies the stories of inhumanity, alleged against him in connection with the operations against (lie Albanians. Ho declares that he treated the insurgents with the utmost leniency, hoping to secure their return to allegiance.
Jlr. J. -A. Young, Mayor of Hamilton, and also chairman of the Waikato District Hospital and Chnritablo Aid Board, leaves for the uorth by to-day's express.
